1. The technology conditions apply to thickness no more than 150 mm 13 MnNiMo54 (DIWA353) steel production and inspection.
2. The supply condition: steel plate according to normalizing + tempering state delivery
normalized: 890 ~ 950 ℃, heat preservation 30 minafter socking, cooling in the still air;
Tempering: 620 ~ 690 ℃, heat preservationat least 30 minafter socking, but not more than 180 min, cooling in the still air.
3. The size, shape, weight and allow deviation.
3.1 the size of the steel plate, shape, weight and allow deviation in addition to the thickness of the steel plate deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the table 1 shall be in accordance with the provisions of the G713.

3.2 plates shall be according to theoretical weight delivery, the weight computation should comply with the provision of GB713-1997.
4. The chemical composition of the steel plate chemical composition analysis and finished product melting analysis results should meet the requirements of the table 2.

5. Mechanical properties
